Hotel Policies
Travelers must be 21 years of age or older for hotel check-in. A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Your credit card will be required for any hotel security deposits for incidentals, and all applicable taxes and/or resort fees and parking fees charged. Special room requests are based on availability and may be subject to additional fees. Accommodations are based upon availability and provided by WOW Vacations, LLC and affiliated hotels and resorts. Depending on hotel policies, extra person charges, fees for hotel amenities, and resort fees may apply. Package handling fees will apply. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a threenight stay. Any travel date cancellation/change within 21 calendar days, will result in a $125 service fee. Any travel date changes made within 7 calendar days of arrival are subject to a service fee $125 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate (rack rate not to exceed $150 per night). No refunds given for no shows and/or early check outs. No pets allowed.

Reservation & Processing Fees
A $99 per person (based on double occupancy – total $198) NON-REFUNDABLE fee is due at the time of booking the feature vacation.
Tour Policies /Requirements for Standard Destinations
Attendance is required for a discovery tour and sales presentation of our Vacation Ownership Partners preview center, lasting approximately 120-minutes. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate (based on season of travel) plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets that were included in the vacation package and or the forfeiture of any additional vacations, gift cards and gifts. Individuals must be between the ages of 28 and 72 and must present a valid photo ID. If married, cohabitating or engaged both must attend the presentation together and present a valid major credit card. No pre-paid cards accepted. Guest must have a valid credit card with an available line of credit to hold resort security deposit and taxes upon check-in. MANDATORY: If married or cohabiting, both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by either a valid photo identification or another form of government issued identification (Utility bill, Home/Car Insurance or bank statement – Any combination of these 4 items). Must have a verifiable annual household income of $60,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $80,000 USD for Canadian and U.K. Citizens/Residents excluding any income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, or disability. (Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Upon arrival to the tour individuals must present a valid photo ID and a current major credit card. Persons who have toured the same Timeshare/Travel company Resorts/WOW Vacations, LLC location within the past (12) months, or that have participated in a WOW Vacations, LLC discounted promotional offer requiring a tour two times or more are subject to a surcharge. Subject to the qualifications, this offer is available to citizens of the United States and/or in countries where registered. Tour date, time and/or location may be changed at the Resort’s discretion. Consumption or influence of alcohol is not permitted during the Preview Tour. You will be refused to tour without refund and subject to retail rates. Guests may not live within 60 miles of the tour location. All qualified participants must speak English fluently.

Cruise & All-Inclusive Certificate Details
The cruise certificate included with all Land & Sea Getaway/Vacation Packages is valid for two adults sailing on a 3-night, 4-night, 5-night or 7-night cruise (double occupancy required) with accommodations in a 1A cabin. Casablanca Express is responsible for the cruise line fulfillment for the cruise certificate and responsible for fulfillment of the All-inclusive vacation certificate. Wow Vacations, LLC & Casablanca Express are independently owned and operated. Casablanca Express is also referred to “CBE” below in the terms and conditions. All additional bonus vacation packages are fulfilled by them.
3, 4, 5 OR 7 NIGHT CRUISE CHOOSE FROM OVER 20 ITINERARIES & 4 Days/3 Nights All Inclusive Accommodations with Airfare for two adults to your choice of either Cancun, Jamaica or the Dominican Republic.
Redemption Details – This certificate is valid for a 3, 4, 5 or 7-night cruise including a prepaid Visa Gift Card and a three-night all-inclusive vacation with airfare including a prepaid Visa Gift Card. The vacation packages must be redeemed one at a time. During the online activation process, you will be asked to select either the cruise or the all-inclusive airfare vacation as your first trip. Approximately 14 days prior to the travel date of your first trip, you will be mailed activation instructions for your second trip and a prepaid Visa Gift Card. Approximately 14 days prior to the travel date of your second trip you will be mailed a prepaid Visa Gift Card. See Vacation Redemption Instructions (on reverse) for details.
Cruise Vacation Details (If Applicable)
This promotional certificate includes departure ports of Baltimore MD, Charleston SC, Fort Lauderdale FL, Galveston TX, Jacksonville FL, Long Beach CA, Miami FL, Mobile AL, New Orleans LA, Port Canaveral FL, San Juan PR and offer a 3, 4, 5, or 7-night cruise to the Bahamas, Mexico, Caribbean, or Southern Caribbean for two adults over 21 years of age plus a prepaid Visa Gift Card. Interior Category 1 cabins located on the lower decks are used. Double occupancy is required. Cabin bedding may include an upper/lower configuration (bunk beds). Upgrades to higher decks, preferred configurations, ocean view and balcony staterooms can be purchased through your assigned travel agent.
All Inclusive Airfare Vacation Details (If Applicable)
This promotional certificate includes round-trip air transportation for two adults over 21 years of age to Cancun MX, Dominican Republic or Jamaica and three nights of all-inclusive accommodations plus a prepaid Visa Card. All-inclusive hotels include complimentary meals, non-alcoholic and select alcoholic beverages for two adults over 21 years of age only. Hotels for Cancun are provided in Cancun or Riviera Maya. Hotels for Dominican Republic are provided in Punta Cana or Puerto Plato. Hotels for Jamaica are provided in Montego Bay. You will be advised of your accommodation’s provider 14 days prior to travel. Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and return three days after the departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion.

Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and arrive at Cancun (CUN), Montego Bay JM (MBJ) or Punta Cana DR (PUJ) and return three days after departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion. Generally, our promotional flights depart between 3PM and 10PM and return between 6AM and 1PM. We do not use chartered flights; only major airlines are used.
CBE All Inclusive and Cruise Vacation Terms and Conditions
Certificate does not include government-imposed taxes, port charges, optional airline fees (baggage fees, seating fees, inflight meals and/or entertainment,) transfers, non-commissionable fare (NCF), fuel surcharges, Cruise Line imposed surcharges or any incidental expenses such as gratuities, phone calls or entertainment. Taxes will not exceed $149 per person for the all-inclusive three-night vacation, $159 per person for the 3-night cruise, $169 per person for the 4-night cruise, $229 per person for the 5-night cruise, and $269 per person for the 7-night cruise, Deposits & Cancellation: Each vacation requires two deposits, a fully refundable $50 per person reservation deposit and a tax deposit to pay the estimated taxes due. Estimated taxes due are as follows: the three-night all-inclusive vacation is $149 per person; the 3-night cruise is $159 per person; 4-night cruise $169 per person; 5-night cruise $229 per person; 7-night $269 per person. The $50 per person reservation deposit and the tax deposit must be mailed to Casablanca Express after activating the certificate online through the activation portal. The fully refundable $50.00 per person reservation deposit will be refunded by US mail 14 days prior to your trip or upon request of cancellation which can be made by calling 800.315.2065. The tax deposit will be used to pay for government-imposed taxes, port charges, fuel surcharges and NCFs. The unused portion will be refunded and mailed 14 days prior to your trip. You can receive a full refund of the tax deposit prior to CBE purchasing your travel arrangements by calling 800.315.2065. Once CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, which will be 21 days prior to your arrival date, cancellation fees up to the total amount of taxes may be imposed and the balance of your tax deposit (if any) plus your $50 per person reservation deposit will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. If you cancel at any time, this certificate will be deemed void. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. Neither the issuer of this certificate nor CBE is responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services in connection with fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to accidents, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/ or acts of war. Orlando for Two Vacation Details (If Applicable)
This promotional certificate includes round-trip air transportation, two attraction tickets, and two nights, accommodations for up to two adults in Orlando, Florida. Attraction tickets are valid for one-day admission during your stay. Attraction ticket choices include Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios or SeaWorld. This certificate provides accommodations in tourist and economy class properties.
To register, you must fill out this certificate completely and return it to the address provided along with the required $100 fully refundable validation deposit in the form of cashier’s check, money order or personal check within 120 days from date of issue printed below. Validation deposit will be automatically refunded 30 days after travel is completed. Only original certificates will be honored. We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records.
Within 30 days of your registration being processed you will be sent an invoice for the required $60 USD per-person reservation deposit, $120 USD total. Reservation deposit is payable by Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check and will be applied towards government-imposed taxes. If you fail to appear on a confirmed reservation your reservation deposit will be forfeited. Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, you will receive a reservation letter with a toll-free telephone number to call to provide your requested departure dates. All travel must be completed within one year of the registration date. You must choose a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday departure date. You must provide three departure dates at least 60 days in advance of your first date and 30 days between subsequent dates. All reservations are subject to availability. All reservations requests must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number on your reservation letter. Be prepared to provide three departure dates. After you request your dates, you will receive a confirmation letter within 30 days with your assigned departure date. Your assigned departure date will not be deemed confirmed unless CBE receives your signed confirmation letter prior to the deadline (printed on the confirmation letter). Once a requested departure date is assigned no changes or reschedules are allowed. No travel will be permitted within 7 calendar days of the following holidays: Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.

CBE Orlando for Two Vacation Terms and Conditions
This certificate does not include government-imposed taxes, transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses such as, but not limited to phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel/motel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses. Government imposed taxes (approx. $35 to $60 per person) are the sole responsibility of the travelers. Taxes include but are not limited to: Airline Federal Excise Tax, Federal Security Tax, Federal Segment Taxes, Local Passenger Facility Charges, hotel occupancy tax or attraction ticket taxes. Government imposed taxes will be deducted from your reservation deposit and will not exceed $120. The remainder of your reservation deposit, if any, will be refunded with your airline tickets and/or itinerary. Until CBE purchases your airline tickets, accommodations and/or attraction tickets you may cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. Your airline tickets and/or itinerary will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your departure date. A voucher for your attraction tickets will be issued with your airline tickets and/or itinerary. Please follow the instructions on the voucher to pick up your attraction tickets in Orlando. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your airline tickets and/or itinerary. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Hawaii Four Night Vacation Details (If Applicable)
This promotional voucher includes round-trip air transportation for two adults over 21 years of age to Honolulu and four-night accommodations in Honolulu. Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and arrive into Honolulu (HNL) and return four days after departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion.
Vacation Redemption Instructions – Activating Your Trip: Visit ActivateMyTrip.com and login or create an account. Activate your trip using the Activation Code, Package Code and Vacation ID on this voucher. You must activate by the Activation Deadline shown and select either the cruise or the all-inclusive vacation. Your expiration date will be 12 months from the date of activation. Step 2 – Deposit Payment: Within 5 business days of completing the online activation process, you will be able to access your deposit payment form to pay the required $50 per person reservation deposit and $199 per person tax deposit due ($498 total). The deposit payment form can be found in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Simply print out your deposit payment form and mail it to Casablanca Express, 2248 Townsgate Rd, Unit 1, Westlake Village, CA 91361, along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the total amount required to pay the reservation deposit and the tax deposit. Within five business days of receipt of your vacation deposit payment form and deposit payment, your payment will be posted to your account. Step 3 – Requesting Your Travel Dates: Once your deposit payment has posted to your account you will be able to request your travel dates. You can request your dates by calling our toll-free reservations department at (800) 315-2065. You must provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice. You will be asked to provide one primary travel date and one alternate travel date. The primary and alternate travel dates provided must be 30 days apart and prior to your expiration date. Generally, there is no availability during major holiday weeks and the month of July. If none of your requested dates are available our reservations department will provide available dates for you to choose from. Within five business days of requesting your travel dates with our reservations department, your travel date will be confirmed and shown in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Step 4 -Finalizing Your Vacation: Approximately 45 to 75 days prior to your travel date, a travel agent will be assigned to finalize your vacation. Your travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. After you finalize your vacation details with a travel agent your vacation will be booked. Step 5 – Final Travel Documents: Approximately 14 days prior to your travel date your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Print out your travel documents and follow the check-in instructions provided. Approximately 14 days prior to your travel date, you will be mailed the refund of your $100 total reservation deposit.
Airport and Airfare Details *Airports as assigned by CBE Valid for departures from Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago (ORD or MDW*), Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Hartford, Houston (HOU or IAH*), Indianapolis, Kansas City, Los Angeles (LAX), Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, New York Area (EWR, JFK, or LGA*), Ontario (ONT), Orange County (SNA), Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland (PDX), Raleigh- Durham, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area (OAK, SFO or SJC*), Seattle, St. Louis, Tampa, Washington DC Area (DCA or IAD*). Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and arrive into Honolulu, HI (HNL) and return four days after departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion. Generally, our promotional flights depart between 3PM and 10PM and return between 6AM and 1PM. We do not use chartered flights; only major airlines are used

Exclusions: This voucher does not include government-imposed taxes, port charges, transfers, non-commissionable fare (NCF), fuel surcharges, cruise line-imposed surcharges or any incidental expenses such as gratuities, phone calls or entertainment. Taxes will not exceed $199 per person.
Deposits & Cancellation: Each vacation requires two deposits, a fully refundable $50 per person reservation deposit and $199 per person tax deposit ($498 total). The $50 per person reservation deposit and the tax deposit must be mailed to Casablanca Express (CBE) after activating the voucher online through the activation portal. The fully refundable $50.00 per person reservation deposit will be refunded by US mail 14 days prior to your trip or upon request of cancellation which can be made by calling (800) 315-2065. The tax deposit will be used to pay for government-imposed taxes, port charges, fuel surcharges and NCFs. The unused portion will be refunded and mailed 14 days prior to your trip. You can receive a full refund of the tax deposit prior to CBE purchasing your travel arrangements by calling (800) 315-2065. Once CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, which will be 21 days prior to your arrival date, cancellation fees up to the total amount of taxes may be imposed and the balance of your tax deposit (if any) plus your $50 per person reservation deposit will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. If you cancel at any time, this voucher will be deemed void. This voucher is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion.
Neither the issuer of this voucher nor CBE is responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services in connection with fulfillment of this voucher which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to accidents, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/ or acts of war. CBE is solely responsible for the fulfillment of this voucher. CBE and the issuer of this voucher are independently owned and operated.
Other Restrictions: We are not able to make any reschedules once we have scheduled your arrival date. We cannot make name changes, you can’t buy or sell this voucher, you can’t combine this voucher with any other voucher, discount, special promotion or anything else. CBE assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this voucher.
Refund Policy
State and legal disclosures: if you decide to cancel, you must provide WOW Vacations written notice of your intent to cancel within 7 days (for Ky residents: 14 days) after purchase to receive a full refund to the following address: WOW Vacations refund request department at 1000 NW 65 St., Suite #105, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309. Your state may provide you with additional rights. All dollar amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
